• If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.

We try our very best to dispatch in-stock items within 24 hours, we may take up to 3-5 working days.

All local orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch, however, please allow up to 8 working days for your order to arrive. 

We ship through NZ POST, a tracking number will be allocated after the dispatch of goods.
