- If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Please get in touch with us within 14 days of your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn.
If any patches don’t last as they should, we’re more than happy to accept returns and repair them, so your piece can be worn and loved for years to come.
We try our very best to dispatch in-stock items within 24 hours, we may take up to 3-5 working days.

We ship through NZ POST, a tracking number will be allocated after the dispatch of goods.
Minor imperfections, upcycled mirror
All mirrors are upcycled which means they come preloved, most lightly used but some have minor imperfections. We choose to use mirrors that already exist and give them a second life, because these are hand etched there may also be minor imperfections. :)
