• If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Please get in touch with us within 14 days of your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn.

We try our very best to dispatch in-stock items within 24 hours, we may take up to 3-5 working days.

 

Estimated Delivery Time after dispatch Urban: 1-3 Business Days Rural: 2-4 Business Days All local orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch, however, please allow up to 8 working days for your order to arrive.

 

We ship through NZ POST, a tracking number will be allocated after the dispatch of goods.

Each upcycled garment is a one-off, thoughtfully made with intention and care. Some prints may be a little rough around the edges & this acts reminder that these pieces are handmade and truly unique. Our garments are created using pre-loved clothing, helping save textiles from landfill and reduce waste on the environment. Because of this, they aren’t brand new, but they’re pretty close. If any patches don’t last as they should, we’re more than happy to accept returns and repair them, so your piece can be worn and loved for years to come.
